🕉️ Spiritual Zone Story: The Stone in the Pocket

There once lived a wise monk who carried a small stone in his pocket wherever he went.

Whenever someone spoke harshly to him or a situation upset him, he would quietly take a deep breath, touch the stone, and remind himself:

“This moment will pass.”

Days turned into months, and months into years. People noticed that no matter how difficult the situation, the monk remained calm and peaceful.

One day, a young disciple asked him,

“Master, what is the secret of your peace?”

The monk smiled, held up the small stone, and replied,

“Whenever anger, disappointment, or worry tries to stay in my heart, I remember this stone. I have learned not to carry negative feelings any longer than I carry this in my hand.”

The disciple understood that true peace does not come from a life without problems—it comes from knowing when to let them go.

Moral of the Story:
Holding on to anger hurts us more than anyone else. Peace begins the moment we choose to let go.

🙏 Today’s Reflection:
Is there something in your heart that you can let go of today? Sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves is inner peace.
