THE ROLE:
We’re seeking a senior professional to become our operational backbone – someone who understands that premium travel is about relationships, not transactions. You’ll orchestrate complex, multi-country journeys for discerning Indian travelers while supporting our founders with strategic initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Management & Operations:
- Manage end-to-end trip coordination for premium group and private trips
- Conduct client calls, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing
- Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, and local partners
- Handle visa documentation, flight bookings, and logistics
- Manage payment collection and financial tracking
Strategic Support:
- Contribute to business development and scaling initiatives
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Age: 55+ (your experience is our competitive advantage)
- Mindset: Service-oriented, detail-obsessed, relationship-builder
- Skills: Project management, client communication, vendor coordination
- Tech: Comfortable with CRM systems(willing to learn), WhatsApp, email, basic digital tools
- Language: Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Availability: Full-time preferred, flexible remote work arrangement
