Did you know the famous Chimabi village in Bandra is a 400-year-old hamlet by the sea inhabitant by the fisherfolks? The very well-known road we have been to for sure, Colaba Causeway was an island that was linked to Bombay which is why it’s called Causeway dating back to 1938 earning the street its name. Mumbai holds many such stories and several gullies that need to be rediscovered. We need your time, Volunteer for Mumbai, and let’s rediscover our roads and their untold stories through Mapping Mumbai’s Roads.
